- It does not quote individual certification bodies. Always obtain two formal quotes against your specific scope.
- It does not estimate remediation cost from current state to audit-ready. That is a scoping exercise, not a calculator. The cost drivers page covers the most common gaps.
- It does not include integrated management system savings. Those live on the multi-standard page, because the maths is properly its own thing.
- It does not include travel for auditors based far from your site, which can add £200 to £600 per audit visit.
How this calculator was built
The coefficient set draws on UK consultancy published rates and fixed-price proposals (rkmsuk.co.uk, youriso.co.uk, isoadviser.com, candymc.co.uk), certification body public quote and capability pages, and the IAF MD 5 audit-time structure. Certification bodies do not publish standard fee schedules, so the body-tier figures are planning estimates, not quoted prices.
